Methodologies/Tariffs

The methodologies established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 230/2022 on Copyright and Related Rights shall be opposable to all users in the field for which it was negotiated and no discounts on the payment of remuneration due other than those provided for in the published methodologies can be granted.

  • Protocol of 04.10.2023 on the results of the negotiation of the Methodology on the collection and distribution of compensatory remuneration for private copying intended for authors, copyright holders and holders of related rights (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 387-390 (8893-8896) of October 13, 2023);
  • Protocol of 21.12.2023 on the results of the negotiation of the Methodology on the determination and distribution of remuneration from communication to the public for environmental purposes of musical works, videograms, phonograms due to copyright holders (authors of musical works) and holders of related rights (performers, producers of phonograms and videograms) by trade units (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 1-4 (9038-9041) of January 5, 2024).
