Journal “Intellectus” pursues the competent and multilateral reflection of intellectual property aspects, elucidation of provisions of the national and international IP legislation, publication of scientific and methodological materials, making publicly available of information on the intellectual treasure of the country etc. The journal also covers the procedures for acquisition of intellectual property protection, reveals the mechanism of enforcement and observance of rights, exploitation of IP objects, publish studies signed by researchers in various fields of science, economy and technology.

The publication appeared systematically, with a periodicity of 4 times per year, in the period 1995-2010, being published a total of circa 70 numbers, with a volume of 110-130 pages each, A4 format. Circulation: 75-100 copies on paper and on CD-ROM - at request.

Journal has been distributed so far by the centralized system “Post of Moldova” and “Moldpresa” as well as directly through AGEPI Library. Since 2008 it is distributed only through AGEPI Library. It is dispatched free of charge to ASM institutes, university libraries, National Library, 17 district libraries with which we have cooperation agreements and to the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, to the editorial board of the Journal of Industrial Property in Romania, University “Gh Asachi” of Iasi, IP offices in Ukraine and Russian Federation, etc. It is systematically placed on AGEPI site www.agepi.gov.md.

Sequence of elements in the work submitted for publication
Title of the work, name and surname of the author, text, bibliography, abstract, information about author(s). The work shall be submitted on paper carrier and electronic form. The original work shall be signed by all the authors and shall be accompanied by a review signed by 1-2 reviewers, with the date of the presentation (review).

Languages
The works may be presented in Romanian, Russian, English, French or German.

Volume of the work
Not exceeding 10 pages, A4 format. The text of the work shall be written with Times New Roman font, 14 font size, 1,5 line spacing, top margin - 25 mm, bottom margin – 25 mm, left margin – 25 mm, right margin – 25 mm. The abstract and information on authors– at wish.

Requirements to the content and structure of the work
The new and original scientific research shall be drawn clearly and logically by the authors. The work shall include: introduction, formulation of the investigation object, the used methods and procedures, the results, conclusions and the bibliographic list.

Typing requirements
Only the works typed in Word for Windows shall be accepted (versions not lower than 6).

Abstract
The abstract is compulsory and it shall be placed at the end of the work in at least 2 languages: Romanian and English. Volume of the abstract shall not exceed 40 words. For foreign authors the abstract in Romanian is not required.

Illustrations
Illustrations shall be presented in black and white. A number and designation shall be placed under each illustration.

Charts
Titles of charts shall be placed to the right from the centre. In text, the reference shall be done to each illustration and chart.

Formulae
The formulae shall be typed in Word for Windows and numbered with round parentheses; more extended formulae shall be placed in several rows.

References
The list of bibliography shall be placed at the end of the material according to the order of occurrence in text and presented in the original language. The bibliographic sources shall be given in standard form: name, surname, title, publication, etc. The reference shall be marked with figures in square parentheses.

The information on the author shall include the following: name, surname, working place, position, scientific degree, field of scientific activity, work and domicile phone, E-mail. 

The following shall be presented in the editorial office:

1. Materials of the article:
   • for authors form the Republic of Moldova: two copies of the article, printed with the laser printer, and the files with the article’s text shall be submitted personally, the electronic form shall be transmitted by e-mail;
   • for foreign authors: files with the article’s text shall be transmitted by electronic mail as well;
2. information on authors, including a photo of the each author, portrait type;
3. information shall be presented in Word for Windows format (versions not lower than 6.0).

The files with the work’s text and the data on authors shall be sent, archived, by electronic e-mail: RAR/ZIP – archives.

The works not satisfying the requirements shall not be published. The works and the discs shall not be sent back to the authors.
