Following the Decision no. 17 of April 13, 2020, of the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova, declaring the period from April 21 to 24, 2020 as rest days for all public sector institutions, the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova informs about the suspension of its activity for the period from April 21 to 24, 2020.

During the period from April 21 to April 24, 2020, for the procedures before the AGEPI, the legal regime provided for the rest days shall apply.

It is recalled that earlier, the following periods were declared as rest days: March 30 to April 3, 2020 (by Decision No. 6 of March 26, 2020) and April 7 to 17, 2020 (by Decision No. 14 of April 6, 2020).

AGEPI will resume its business on Monday, April 27, 2020, unless other decisions will be taken to this effect.
