In the period from 19 to 21 March 2014, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, will be held the twelfth edition of the International Exhibition of Research, Innovation and Inventiveness “PRO INVENT-2014”, which will be held in the Complex of Cluj-Napoca Technical University.
The Exhibition is organized by the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca under the patronage of the Ministry of National Education-Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation, having as partners: The Academy of Technical Sciences-Cluj Branch, The State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova, The Forum of Romanian Inventors, The State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, The Centre of Multiplying Didactic Materials.
The exhibition “PRO INVENT-2014” is intended to be similar to other editions, a meeting environment for inventors, potential users and public. In the Exhibition will be presented and analyzed new works in scientific research, inventiveness and innovation, a great opportunity to highlight a justified image of the researchers, innovators and inventors in Romania.

Of the Exhibition Program are part several actions, including the invention stock (meetings of the researchers, innovators and inventors with potential users – presentations of technologies and products), creating scientific connections within the participants and inventors’ organizations from the participating countries.
Conditions of participation: There are accepted only patented works (within the last five years) or in the process of being patented (with all the documentation issued), that have not been awarded at PRO INVENT.
In order to be listed in the Catalogue of the Exhibition PRO INVENT-2014, it is required to take into account the following criteria:
- Name (institute, university, firm, association, natural person, etc.);
- Name of the invention (in Romanian and English);
- Author/authors (scientific title, given name, first name);
- Patented work (Patent No.) or in the process of being patented;
- Short presentation, maximum 6 rows, (in Romanian and English);
- Field/fields of applicability, distinctions awarded at other exhibitions.
Responsibility for the accuracy of the data submitted rests with the authors.
