The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), in cooperation with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) of Romania, is organizing an online workshop on the Hague System on December 5, 2024.

The Hague System represents a simplified and efficient solution for the international registration of industrial designs, being recognized globally for the flexibility and accessibility offered to users.

The event will present the features and advantages of the Hague System. Participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the way to use and the functionalities of the eHague platform for the electronic filing of international applications, and also to understand in detail the legal requirements and procedural steps necessary for registration.

The workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs, designers, rightholders and all those interested in protecting their creations internationally. Attending this event offers a valuable opportunity to discover best practices and receive direct answers to questions related to the effective use of the Hague System.
