The International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) published, on March 31, 2022, the list of symbols, the protection of which was requested under Article 6ter of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property.
If you consider that extending protection to one of the notified signs may prejudice the rights in respect of a previous trademark or other intellectual property right, you may file an objection to this.
Objections regarding the protection of any of these signs must be submitted to AGEPI within 12 months from the date of publication (until March 31, 2023). The formulated objections shall be submitted free of charge, in writing, in the state language.
For more information please contact us at tel. no.: 022-400-546 or at the e-mail address ludmila.cocieru@agepi.gov.md.
