In order to provide advisory assistance to applicants wishing to submit applications for registration of industrial designs under the Hague Agreement (international application), the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) has implemented the pre-check procedure for the aforesaid application forms for registration of industrial designs. In order to benefit from this service, the applicant can send the completed application to the address haga@agepi.gov.md for preliminary check, before submitting it to AGEPI.

This procedure is free of charge for consultation and does not replace the official submission of an international application to AGEPI.
