In the period September-December 2015, the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) will organize a new cycle of training courses “Protection of Intellectual Property” for the purpose of informing civil society and training counselors in the field of protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
The persons trained in these courses will have the opportunity to know the theoretical and practical aspects concerning the protection of intellectual property objects both nationally and internationally. The study plan contains seven disciplines (industrial property law, copyright and related rights, trademarks, geographical indications, appellations of origin and traditional specialties guaranteed, industrial designs, inventions, plant varieties, economy and evaluation of intellectual property) with a total of 168 hours of study.
The students who successfully take the final examination will be given the qualification “Counselor in Intellectual Property” and will be issued a Certificate.
AGEPI provide the persons signed up to take the courses with spaces adequate to the education process and the library with proper book fund necessary for the taught subjects. It is worth mentioning that the lessons are taught by qualified specialists in the field of intellectual property from the AGEPI.
Signing up for the current edition of the training courses will be made until 25 August 2015 by sending the completed course signing up Form to the address cursuri@agepi.gov.md .
