In the context of the epidemiological situation at national level, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) and the involvement of the National Anticorruption Center (CNA), announces the modification of the conduct stages of the contest “Trademark of the Year 2019”.

We remind you that the “Trademark of the Year” is in its 17th edition and is one of the most effective tools to increase the competitiveness and increase the capacity of domestic enterprises in creating and promoting trademarks in the internal and external market by their qualitative evaluation by a professional jury, and also based on consumer opinion.

The results of the contest allow both highlighting the leaders and analyzing and taking over successful strategies for developing and promoting successful trademarks, monitoring the dynamics of consumer preferences and their behavior.

The Contest is open to enterprises and organizations with various forms of ownership, legal entities registered in the Republic of Moldova, as well as natural persons who produce material goods and/or provide services in the country. Only trademarks (national and foreign) are admitted to the contest, which at the time of submitting the application for participation are registered and valid on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, according to the legislation in force.

The current edition of the contest has a total of 14 nominations and 11 categories to which applicants can apply for the most honorable distinctions offered only for proven outstanding results.
