AGEPI supports Creative Youth

In the period 22-24 April, at the Technical University of Moldova, takes place the Exhibition of creative works of TUM students and pupils of the TUM Technical College “Creation opens the Universe”.

The event is on the sixth edition and covers hundreds of works in various fields: interior, industrial, fashion and printing design, architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, power engineering, bioenergetics, etc.

The launch of the exhibition was attended by TUM Rector, Viorel Bostan, Director General of the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), Octavian Apostol, and partner representatives of the Technical University of Moldova such as graduates, company directors, etc.

In greeting messages addressed to participants, guests have noted the merits and achievements of the Technical University of Moldova, noting that the potential of the Moldovan youth is very high, as confirmed by the works exhibited at the event.

Director General of AGEPI, Octavian Apostol, congratulated the students for their achievements and for the ingenuity and creativity exhibited by them. Also, Octavian Apostol said that the country’s future is in the hands of ambitious and inventive young people. Innovative spirit is reflected in all fields contributing to the development of all branches of activity.

During the ceremony were also awarded Diplomas of TUM to winners of the National Technical Olympiad in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science and artistic drawing, Contest “Young Creator”, EBEC-Chisinau Contest and Contest for Rube Goldberg Machines “TUM - RG 2015”.

The award ceremony took place on April 22. The works presented in the exhibition were awarded with various diplomas and prizes by the Judging Commission, in the composition of which entered TUM representatives, experts from AGEPI and members of the student organization BEST.

Traditionally, AGEPI awarded diplomas and prizes to 3 most creative and innovative works by students of the Technical University of Moldova.
