On August 21, 2014, President of the country Nicolae Timofti handed state awards to a group of citizens. Among those decorated are also counted two prominent employees of the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI).
Thus, by Decree No. 1121-VII of 23/04/2014, for the contribution to the development of the national system of protection of intellectual property, great services in the theoretical and practical training of specialists in the field and high professionalism, the order “Labour Glory” was awarded to Mrs. Svetlana Munteanu, Deputy Director General of AGEPI, and the medal “Civic Merit’" was awarded to Mr. Tudor Jovmir, Senior Expert in the Inventions and Plant Varieties Department.
AGEPI administration and staff address their most cordial greetings and best wishes for health, happiness and prosperity in connection with this event. Realizing the high responsibility and complexity of tasks generated by the functions in which they currently work with talent, perseverance and civic intransigence, we further wish them strength and inspiration to fulfill all the desires which they propose, for the good and prosperity of the country and its citizens, and last but not least, their personal and family.
