The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) was present on September 15, this year, at the 26th edition of the MoldMedizin & MoldDent Exhibition, an important event in the medical care and dentistry sector, which took place at the International Exhibition Center “Moldexpo”, from 14 to 17 September this year. After a break of three years, this exhibition resumed and attracted more than 70 companies from the Republic of Moldova, South Korea, Romania and Turkey.

AGEPI specialists had an active role in promoting and disseminating information about intellectual property during the event. They provided free consultancy to visitors on the national intellectual property protection system and distributed leaflets and promotional materials in this area. AGEPI specialists also launched the invitation to participate in the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT”, 18th edition, which will take place this November.

The MoldMedizin & MoldDent exhibition included two pavilions at Moldexpo where the newest pharmaceutical products, modern technology, utensils, medical and dental consumables, as well as novelties in the field of mother and child health, aesthetic medicine and hygiene products were displayed. Also, the most recent technical innovations and a wide range of services offered by medical institutions, clinics and laboratories were promoted at the stands.

The event was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Professional Associations of Physicians from the Republic of Moldova.

MoldMedizin & MoldDent represented a valuable opportunity for AGEPI to interact with healthcare professionals and promote awareness of the importance of protecting intellectual property in this ever-evolving sector. The Agency remains dedicated to supporting and facilitating innovation and development in the Republic of Moldova by promoting and protecting intellectual property rights.
