The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will host on April 5, this year, an online Regional Seminar on Trade Secrets for Central European and Baltic States (CEBS).

The aim of the event is to raise awareness of the need to protect trade secrets, especially among legal professionals, government officials and the business sector in the region. As the Central European and Baltic countries have an active ICT sector, including software development, where the protection of innovation by trade secrets is of particular interest, the seminar will address the latest trends in this field, including the use of new technologies in trade secret management. The regional seminar will be held in English.
