The online seminar was conducted by the Henri Capitant Moldova Legal Culture Association, in cooperation with AGEPI.

The webinar was attended by representatives of public authorities, higher education institutions, research and development organizations and the business environment. The purpose of the event was to inform participants about the impact of piracy and counterfeit products on the business environment and society.

\During the event, aspects related to the creation, legal protection and use of intellectual property objects, enforcement of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Moldova, as well as challenges for our country and possible solutions were addressed.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to connect themselves to an interactive environment and ask questions to the speakers, including specialists from AGEPI with vast experience in the fields addressed: Natalia Mogol, key expert in the Jean Monnet EUPROIN Project, Deputy Director General of AGEPI and Andrei Moisei, senior consultant within AGEPI.
