The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) extends an invitation to all customers of the Hague System to participate in a satisfaction survey initiated by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The aim of the survey is to assess the level of customer satisfaction with regard to the services offered by the Hague System.

Completing the questionnaire will not take more than 7-15 minutes, and the information provided will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. The views and feedback of the participants will play an essential role in the continuous improvement of the services provided by the Hague System.

The survey is available in English, French and Spanish to ensure accessibility to users from various regions of the world.
