In order to implement Standard St.37 of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the authority file of published patent documents was created within the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI). Its main purpose was to enable all interested parties to assess the completeness of the patent documentation provided by AGEPI.

The authority file contains information on the various types of publications of patents for invention, utility models, short-term patents for invention and EPO patents for which protection was requested on the territory of the Republic of Moldova via validation procedure, published by the State Agency on Intellectual Property during the period 31.01.1994 - 31.12.2022. The file will be updated annually.
