Following the interest of some foreign organizations towards national patent information accessible in a machine-processable format, the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) announces the public availability of the national patent collection in XML format according to Standard 36 of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Since its foundation, AGEPI has been contributing to the formation of regional and international collections of patent documents, with data encoded in this format being widely used in data exchange with other regional and international offices and organizations.
The collection consists of the archive of patent documents published from the founding of the Agency until the end of 2022 and the archives of documents published in the current year. The files contain bibliographic data and abstracts in 3 languages (which) for applications and granted patents and the full information, i.e. with claims, descriptions and drawings, in the case of issued patents.
These data are intended for information product developers and can be downloaded from the IT Resources address.
