The laureates of the awards of the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT” 2021 from the Republic of Moldova received their distinctions, on Tuesday, during an event that took place at the headquarters of the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only representatives of the participating institutions and companies were invited to the AGEPI headquarters, through which not only the well-deserved distinctions were sent, but also the words of congratulations and distinguished appreciation.

The Director General of AGEPI Eugeniu Rusu thanked all the participants in the event and warmly congratulated all the laureates of the 17th edition of ISE INFOINVENT. “On my behalf and on behalf of the entire staff of the State Agency on Intellectual Property, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations on the awards obtained. I wish you much health, inspiration and success in creating new products and technologies that will help improve people’s living conditions and their daily lives. I want to express my hope to see you all healthy again, in physical format, at the next edition of the INFOINVENT Exhibition.”, underlined Eugeniu Rusu.

Despite all the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 edition of the “INFOINVENT” Exhibition was a remarkable one. Over 400 inventions, unique innovation projects and creative products from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, China, Vietnam, Australia, Korea and Croatia were virtually exhibited at the event.

The Commission of Experts and the Jury of the exhibition, after evaluating the works exhibited at the stands, awarded 290 gold, silver and bronze medals, 169 medals going to the works exhibited by the national participants. The presented inventions were also awarded trophies, cups, diplomas and special mentions from AGEPI and national and international partners.

The International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT” was organized by AGEPI, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research, the Ministry of Culture, the National Agency for Research and Development and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research. The event took place in online format, from 17 to 20 November 2021.
