In the period 25-28 November this year, at the International Exhibition Center “MOLDEXPO” will be inaugurated the fourteenth edition of the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT”.

The event is organized by the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), in partnership with the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM), Agency for Innovation and Technology Transfer (AITT) and IEC “Moldexpo” JSC.

Over 100 institutions in the sphere of science and innovation, higher education, private inventors and creative people, from the country and abroad, will participate in the ISE “INFOINVENT”. Participants will submit to the appreciation of visitors, but also of international jury nearly 400 new scientific-technical achievements, materialized in inventions, products and modern technologies.

The works presented at the stands of ISE “INFOINVENT” will be exhibited in 5 sections: inventions, plant varieties and industrial design; innovative products and services; innovation and technology transfer projects; creation of youth and creative industries.

The opening ceremony of ISE “INFOINVENT” will be held on November 25, at 11.00 in the Central Pavilion of IEC “Moldexpo” JSC. The inauguration ceremony will be attended by representatives of the central public authorities, diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Moldova in Chisinau, international and national organizations in the field of intellectual property, research and higher education institutions, inventors, researchers and creative young people from the Republic Moldova, Romania, Belarus, Lithuania, Poland, Malaysia, Iraq, Canada, etc.

Traditionally, in the exhibition will also be organized an additional program of events, including roundtables and workshops.

On November 25 in the conference hall of IEC “Moldexpo”, Central Pavilion, at 14:00, will take place the opening of the first Forum of Women Innovators and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Moldova, organized by AGEPI in cooperation with the Association of Women Innovators of the Republic of Moldova (AFIRM).

According to the program of the exhibition, on November 26, at 14:00, will be organized a master class in weaving vegetable fibers (corn husks) presented by the people’s craftsman Natalia Cangea, with the participation of children from the Children’s Creation and Recreation Centre from Criuleni. Also, on November 26, at 18:00, at the Business Center “Kentford”, block 2, floor 4, will be held a roundtable entitled “Success Stories of Creative Business”. The event is organized by AGEPI, in the framework of the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT”, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, organization of young entrepreneurs JCI Chisinau and company Simpals.

On Friday, November 27, at 12:00, in the conference hall of the Central Pavilion of IEC “Moldexpo” JSC, will take place the Stock of new inventions and technologies in the field of energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources. The event is organized by the Agency for Innovation and Technology Transfer.

According to the program of the exhibition, on 27 November, at 15:00, in the Central Pavilion of IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C., will take place the laureate awarding ceremony of the ISE “INFOINVENT”. Among the most important distinctions to be awarded should be mentioned: the Republic of Moldova’s Government Award “Most Gifted Inventor”, distinctions of the World Intellectual Property Organization; medals instituted by AGEPI; mentions and diplomas of ASM, AITT, and special prizes and awards of the international invention shows, the representatives of which traditionally participate in the ISE “INFOINVENT”.

On Saturday, November 28, at 11:00, in the conference hall of the Central Pavilion of IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C., will be held the roundtable: “Promoting Innovations and Creative Products with Marketing Potential”. Also on Saturday, at 12:00, will be held the interactive contest in the field of intellectual property for pupils “From Idea to Product”.

International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT” represents an ideal environment for business meetings between inventors, researchers and investment sector representatives. It is a major event for the whole scientific and innovative community of the Republic of Moldova.
