Taking into account the fact that the meeting of the Commission for the approval of the Organizations for Collective Management of Economic Copyrights and/or Related Rights of 03.03.2020, convened on the basis of the provisions of Article 4(1) h), Article 48 of Law No. 139/2010 on Copyright and Related Rights, Article 7(2) s) of Law No. 114/2014 on the State Agency on Intellectual Property and Article 67 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018, interrupted in connection with the recusal of all members of the Approval Commission, the continuation of which was set for 16.03.2020, at 10:00,

subsequently being suspended by the Decision of the AGEPI Board of 13.03.2020 as a result of the evolution of the epidemiological situation generated by COVID-19 pandemic on the territory of the Republic of Moldova (taking account of the Decisions of the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health No. 6 of March 10, 2020 and No. 7 of March 13, 2020, in the context of the Parliament Decision of the Republic of Moldova No. 55 of 17.03.2020 on the Declaration of the State of Emergency on the Entire Territory of the Republic of Moldova, from March 17 to May 15, 2020),

in order to avoid the risk of COVID-19 spreading,

the continuation of the online meeting of the Approval Commission is set for the date of May 27, 2020, at 10.00, with the same agenda.
