In order to form a contingent of the professional collaborators and to provide a free access of the persons from the states-members of the organization to the activity in the frame of EAPO, it is announced a competition on carrying out the vacant functions of an expert in the Section of the Formal Examination and an expert in the Section Physics and Electric Engineering of the Examination Department.
In November 28, 2006, at 16.00 it will take place the IV-th Working Session of the Partnership National Club “Science and Business” with a title “Environment engineering, technology and ecologic pure products”. The session will held in the hotel “National”, 2 floor, European Hall, bd. Stefan cel Mare 4.
In such a way, it is already a tradition a convocation of the representatives of the scientific community and of the entrepreneurship in order to create the medium for consolidation of the partnership relations and capital formation in the economy of the Republic of Moldova.
In the period of November 13-17, 2006 in Geneva take place XVI-th Session of the Permanent Committee on Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications Rights. In the agenda there are included the most important matters of the mentioned field on the international level. On behalf of the Republic of Moldova in the Session take part Mr. I Daniliuc, vice-president of director general of AGEPI, V, Bliuc, director of the Department Trademarks and Industrial designs< AGEPI and L. Goremichina, chief of the Section Industrial Design, AGEPI.
On November 13-14, 2006 a delegation of the Patent Office of the of Bulgaria led by Mr. Kostadin Manev, President of the nominated institution, visited the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova (AGEPI) with the scope to draft a bilateral Agreement of cooperation in the field of industrial property protection.
On current November, 13, 14 a delegation of the Patent Office of the Republic Bulgary at the head of Kostadin Manev, President of the above mentioned institution, is in the visit in the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova (AGEPI) with a scope of including an Agreement on the cooperation in the field of the industrial property. On behalf of the Republic of Moldova the Agreement will be signed by Stefan Novac, Director General of AGEPI, authorized with the respective right.
In the period od November 8-9, 2006 at 9.30 in the Palace of the Republic (hall II B) will take place the subregional seminar “Copyright and broadcasting rights”.Tthe organizers – State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova (AGEPI) in cooperation with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the International Confederation of the Societies of the Authors and Coposers (ICSAC).
The scientists of Moldova represented 10 projects elaborated in the collaboration with the representatives of the autochthonous businessmen at the competition of grants in the frame of the program STEP (Science & Technology Enterpreneurship Program), maintained by the American Civil Researches Development Fund (CRDF), in the cooperation with the Researches Development Association of Moldova (MRDA), Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM), State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), Agency on Innovation and Technologies Transfer of ASM (AITT) and “EFES Moldova Vitanta Brewery”.
With the purpose to create favorable conditions for creation of partnership and attraction of the investments in the economy of the Republic of Moldova, on October 26 will take place the II-nd Conference “Partnership in the Science and Business”.
Organizers thereof are: the Association of the Research and Development of Moldova (MRDA), the partner of the USA Foundation for the Civil Researches and Development (CRDF), the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM) and the State Agency on Intellectual Property of RM (AGEPI).
In Bucharest, in frame of the Exhibition Complex ROMEXPO was developed the X-th International Exhibition of Inventions, Scientific Research and New Technologies “INVENTICA-2006”. The Anniversary will be organized in the period of October 3-7 under the aegis of the Ministry of Education and Research of Bucharest which conferred a competent assistance to the participants.
