The State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI) announces the launch of the Contest for Journalists for the best display in mass media of issues related to the development and consolidation of the national system of protection, enforcement and use of intellectual property rights.

The aim is to support and stimulate the efforts of journalists who contribute through their publications to familiarizing the general public with the topic of intellectual property, including aspects related to the creation, legal protection and use of intellectual property objects, as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Journalists who have published or disseminated information, analysis and synthesis materials or other studies related to the field of intellectual property may participate in the Contest during the period January 1, 2017 - May 1, 2018.

The contest file will include copies or links of the published or broadcast materials, accompanied by a short Curriculum vitae of the participant, to be submitted to the AGEPI headquarters (24/1, A. Doga str., off. 521, MD-2024, Chisinau), in paper format or will be sent by e-mail to the address: victoria.severin@agepi.gov.md, by August 15, 2018.

The results of the Contest and the designation of the winners of the Contest will be announced within the framework of an event organized by AGEPI in September 2018. The winners of the Contest will receive diplomas and prizes.
