At the request of state members of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the WIPO Secretariat is extending the study on law and practice in the field of industrial designs. In this regard, the WIPO Secretariat has prepared a questionnaire for users of the industrial design registration system in different countries.

We ask the users of the industrial design registration system of the Republic of Moldova to take part in the study and answer the questions on-line until 7 March 2013. This procedure takes about 15 minutes.

All answers will be treated confidentially.
