"Intellectus"- is the journal of intellectual property which has been regularly published as a quarterly journal since 1995(ISSN 1810-7079 –on paper carrier and ISSN 1857-0496 – on CD-ROM). According to joint Decision of the Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development (CSSDT) of ASM and the National Council for Accreditation and Attestation (CNAA) No. 3 of 30 January 2014 "On the results of evaluation and classification of scientific journals in the field" , "Intellectus" journal was accredited to “B” classification category, law, technology, biology, chemistry and economics profiles.

“Intellectus” journal pursues the competent and multilateral reflection of intellectual property aspects, elucidation of provisions of the national and international IP legislation, publication of scientific and methodological materials, providing the public with information on the country`s intellectual treasure etc. The journal also covers the procedures for acquiring intellectual property protection, reveals the mechanism of enforcement and observance of rights, exploitation of IP objects, publishes studies signed by researchers in various fields of science, economy and technology.
The publication appeared systematically, with a periodicity of 4 times per year, between 1995-2010, being published over 80 numbers in total, with a volume of 110-130 pages each, A4 format. Circulation: 75-100 copies on paper and on CD-ROM - at request.
The journal was distributed until now by the centralized system “ Moldova Post” and “Moldpresa” as well as directly through AGEPI Library. Since 2008 it has been distributed only through AGEPI Library. It is dispatched free of charge to ASM institutes, university libraries, the National Library, 17 district libraries which we have cooperation agreements with and to the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, to the editorial board of the Journal of Industrial Property in Romania, “Gh Asachi” University of Iasi, IP offices in Ukraine and the Russian Federation, etc.The journal is included in the VINITI International Database and is systematically placed on the AGEPI website www.agepi.gov.md.

Requirements for authors of "Intellectus" journal
Sequence of elements in the work submitted for publication
Title of the work, name and surname of the author(s), text, bibliography, abstract, information about the author(s). The work shall be submitted electronically on paper carrier. The original work shall be signed by all the authors, being indicated the date of presentation (review) of the article.
The works may be presented in Romanian, Russian, English, French or German.
Volume of the work
Not exceeding 10 pages, A4 format. The text of the work shall be written with Times New Roman font, 14 font size, 1,5 line spacing, top margin - 25 mm, bottom margin – 25 mm, left margin – 25 mm, right margin – 25 mm. The abstract shall be presented in three languages: Romanian, Russian and English and the information on authors– at wish.
Requirements to the content and structure of the work
The new and original scientific researches realized by authors shall be expressed clearly and logically. The work shall include: introduction, formulation of the research problem, used methods and procedures, results, conclusions and bibliography.
Only the works typed in Word for Windows shall be accepted (version not older than 6).
The abstract is mandatory and shall be placed at the end of the work in at least three languages: Romanian, Russian and English. The volume of the abstract shall not exceed 40 words. For foreign authors the abstract in Romanian is not mandatory.
Illustrations shall be presented in black and white. The denomination shall be numbered and presented under each illustration.
The chart titles shall be placed above the chart to the right from the centre. Reference shall be made mandatorily to each illustration and chart in the text.
The formulae shall be typed in Word for Windows and numbered with round parentheses; more extended formulae shall be placed in several rows.
The bibliography shall be placed at the end of the material according to the order of occurrence in the text and presented in the original language. The bibliographic sources shall be given in the standard form: name, surname, title, publication, etc. The reference shall be marked with figures in square parentheses.
The information on the author shall include the following: name, surname, working place, position, scientific degree, field of scientific activity, work and domicile phone, E-mail.
The following shall be presented in the editorial office:Article materials:
- for Moldovan authors: two copies of the article, printed on laser printer, and the files with the text of the article shall be submitted personally, the electronic form shall be transmitted by e-mail as well;
- for foreign authors: files with the text of the article can be transmitted by electronic mail as well;
The files with the text of the work and the archived data on authors may be sent via electronic mail: RAR/ZIP – archives.
Works which do not meet the requirements shall not be published. The works and the floppy discs shall not be sent back to the authors.
