Smiles on the Faces of as Many Children as Possible

On May 19, AGEPI Director General, Octavian Apostol, made a visit to the auxiliary school №7 from Chisinau, where gave pupils gifts: school supplies, educational toys and tickets to a concert dedicated to children.

The purpose of this action was to bring some joy to children with special needs and inspire others to appreciate and love children regardless of social status.

On Saturday, May 28, AGEPI organized a cultural-entertaining and charity event for children from the “Renastere” Social Assistance Center for children at risk from Nisporeni.

To give a festive atmosphere, many smiles and good fun to the 30 children from disadvantaged families, AGEPI brought to their hospitality the scholars from “X-Laboratory”, who offered a variety of experiments, by which children better understood how certain natural phenomena occur, but also many chemical reactions. Children not only watched how the experiments occur, but also actively participated in their conduct. The 30 children of the “Renastere” center were extremely enthusiastic about the show organized.

Also, AGEPI Director General, Octavian Apostol, gave the children gifts: sweets, educational toys, school supplies, sports equipment and other objects of strict necessity, which they lack.

Director of the Center, Angela Muschei, and also Nisporeni Mayor, Grigore Robu, who attended the event, thanked AGEPI representatives for the gifts given to children as well as for their involvement in such social activities.

At the same time, on the occasion of International Children's Day, AGEPI has participated as a partner in several events organized with the purpose to support and encourage children and young talents from the Republic of Moldova.

Thus, AGEPI bought, for charitable purposes, 50 tickets to the Children’s Festival entitled “In the Garden of Childhood”, organized on May 22 by the Charitable Center “Crystal Star”. The objective of the festival is to promote talented children from socially vulnerable families and those with disabilities.

Funds collected from ticket sales in this concert will be offered as donations to support and develop effective children’s cultural education circles and programs, schools of music and art, etc. These tickets enjoyed AGEPI employees’ children.
