In order to provide the process of cooperation with the nongovernmental organizations – promoters of the civil social interests – the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) organizes the round table dedicated to the problems relating to the harmonization of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the Community Acquis in the field of intellectual property protection that will take place on July 19, 2007, at 1400. The meeting will axe, especially, on the realization of the objectives of the Plan of activity Republic Moldova – European Union, compartment “The intellectual and industrial property rights”.

The participants of the meeting will have occasion to discuss the multiple tangential aspects of the proper activity field, realization of the general regulations of the Plan of activity RM-EU, as well as the opportunities of implementing the recommendations of the European experts in order to improve the legislation destined to facilitate the integration of RM in the EU.

There were invited to the meeting leaders of more than 20 organizations and associations from the different activity fields: political, juridical, mass-media, social protection and health etc. Among them we shall mention: „EX LEGE” Agency, Association for the European Teaching and Information, Center of the Promotion of the Freedom of Speech and Access to the Information “Access-info”, Association on the Participative Democracy (AGEPT), Institute of the Public Policy (IPP), League on the Moldovan Human Being Defense (LADOM) et all.
