The Festival-Contest “You too can be a Star” Has Designated Its Winners


The fourth edition of the Festival-Contest of interpretation of light and folk music “You too can be a Star”, took place from 5 to 8 April in Chisinau, organized by the Buiucani District Praetura in partnership with the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI).

The event aimed at promoting young performers and artistic groups within the secondary and higher education institutions from Chisinau and other districts of the Republic of Moldova.

In the current edition of the event enrolled over 300 participants. During the two days of pre-selections, there were presented about 125 artistic numbers.

The jury was made up of local composers and performers. Author and producer of the event was the variety music performer Rotaru Ludmila Eryka.

Winners Gala of the Contest “You too can be a Star” was held on April 8 within the premises of the National Philharmonic Orchestra “Serghei Lunchevici”. The ceremony was attended by judges, professors, parents, young performers and representatives of AGEPI.

The participants in the contest were awarded prizes and diplomas of participation from the organizers.

The ceremony culminated with a concert of variety and folk music given by winners of the Festival-Contest “You too can be a Star”.
