AGEPI participated in the specialized Expo-Fairs “AGROTEH”, “Alimentar Expo” and the show “Martisor” in Balti

In the period 19-21 February 2016, in Balti took place the twentieth edition of the specialized Expo-Fairs “AGROTEH”, “Alimentar Expo” and the eleventh edition of the show “Martisor” organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI), Balti branch.

The program of the event included practical seminars, company presentations, workshops, bilateral dialogues and the employment fair.

State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) participated, on 19 February, in the roundtable organized in the framework of the three expo-fairs and disseminated information about the national system of intellectual property at the stands of exhibitors.

In the event, moderated by Galina Codita, Director of Balti branch of CCI, were discussed current topics of interest to farmers, peasant households, economic agents in the agri-food sector in the country, specialists in agriculture, etc.

The program of the roundtable also included the communication “Trademarks and Brands - Tools for Promoting Enterprise Image” presented by AGEPI specialists.

The Expo-Fair was organized with the purpose to support local producers: farmers, peasant households; to promote qualitative and competitive products, goods, services on domestic and foreign markets and to establish new business relationships.

At the twentieth edition of the specialized expo-fairs “Agroteh” and “Alimentar Expo” and the eleventh edition of the show “Martisor” presented their achievements over 60 enterprises from Chisinau and Balti municipalities, Singerei, Riscani, Ceadir-Lunga, Comrat, Ribnita, Taraclia, Ialoveni, Straseni, Anenii Noi, Criuleni, Edinet and Briceni districts. Manufacturers have proposed machines and agricultural machinery, means of plant protection, fertilizers, a wide variety of seeds, seedlings of fruit and decorative trees, vine cuttings, flowers.
